Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 October 2026
Welcome to Delni (“we”, “us”, “the App”). Delni is a directory app that helps customers find skilled workers, helps workers present their services, and helps businesses list themselves and post hiring jobs.
These Terms apply to the Delni mobile app and the related services we operate for it. They do not apply to other websites, radio stations, or apps that we do not operate.
By creating an account or using Delni, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the App.
1. The service
Delni provides tools to:
• create a customer, worker, or business account;
• submit a worker profile, a business listing, or a hiring job for review;
• browse listings after we have accepted them and made them public;
• contact a worker by phone or WhatsApp when that worker has chosen to share a number;
• apply to a hiring job and manage applications;
• save listings, write reviews where the App allows, and send Help & support messages.
Visitors may browse public listings without an account. Actions that create an account, post content, pay, or send a message require registration and, where we require it, a verified phone number.
Delni is a technology platform. Unless we clearly say otherwise, we are not the employer of workers, not a party to any hiring or work contract between users, and not responsible for the quality, safety, price, or outcome of work arranged offline.
2. Eligibility (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or to pay for a listing. We do not knowingly offer accounts or paid listings to children. If you are under 18, do not create an account.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your password and verification codes private. Phone or email verification may be required for security. Do not create extra accounts to abuse, spam, or bypass review, payment, or limits.
If you sign in with Google or Facebook when that option is enabled, you must use an account that shares a real email address you control.
4. Review before anything is public
Worker profiles, business directory listings, and hiring jobs are not shown to the public until we accept them.
When you send a listing to share (including after you pay), it is submitted for our review only. Other users cannot find it in the public Workers, Businesses, or Jobs lists until we accept it.
Submitting content does not give you a right to publication. We may take time to review photos, text, documents, and other details.
5. We may refuse or remove unsuitable profiles
We may refuse, delay, unpublish, or permanently remove any profile, photo, video, document, job, review, or other content that we consider unsuitable, incomplete, misleading, illegal, offensive, spam, unsafe, or otherwise against these Terms — including after it was previously accepted.
We may also suspend or close an account that harms users, harms Delni, or creates legal or security risk.
You have no claim against Delni solely because we refused, delayed, edited a request, unpublished, or removed a listing.
6. Paid listings and our 24-hour answer
When payment is required to publish, you pay (or we place a hold on the amount) through a licensed payment provider. The checkout you see in the App is operated by that provider (currently PayPlus in Israel). Card data and similar payment details are handled by the provider. Delni does not store full card numbers.
After you post and pay, wait for our review. Do not pay or post the same listing again while a review is already pending.
We aim to answer within 24 hours:
• If we accept: the listing goes live on the public directory and the payment is taken.
• If we refuse: the listing stays off the public directory and we return the payment (release the hold or refund, according to the provider).
You are not charged for a listing we decline, subject to the provider’s processing times and rules. Fees, chargebacks, and the exact timing of a return follow the provider’s rules and any notice shown in the App before you pay.
If a technical error occurs after a successful authorization, we aim to cancel, release, or refund according to our payment flow and the provider’s policies.
7. What you must not publish
You are fully responsible for content you submit. Among other things, you must not publish:
• false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• illegal services, illegal jobs, or content that breaks Israeli law;
• pornographic or sexual content;
• content that identifies a minor or how to contact a minor;
• harassment, threats, hate, or unlawful discrimination;
• content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or privacy;
• malware or anything intended to harm devices or the service;
• scraping, bots, or automated harvesting of listings or user data;
• anything that bypasses review, security, or payment.
Hiring jobs must be real openings, not ads, scams, or bait. Worker and business profiles must describe services you are allowed to offer.
8. User content and license
You keep ownership of content you upload (profile text, photos, videos, documents, job text). You grant Delni a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the service, including review by our team.
Identity documents, certificates, and similar files uploaded for review are used only for security and moderation. They are not shown on the public Workers or Businesses directories.
9. Maps and location
If you use map features (for example to set a city, business, or job pin), the App may use your device location while you are using that feature, according to the permission you grant. We do not collect your location in the background when the App is closed. You can refuse or later turn off location permission in your device settings; some map shortcuts will then be unavailable.
10. Notifications
If you allow notifications, we may send service messages (for example: listing review result, a job application, or a support reply). You can turn notifications off in your device settings. We do not operate a separate marketing mailing list of the kind used by news or radio sites.
11. Links and third parties
The App may open phone, WhatsApp, maps, or payment pages operated by others. Their terms and privacy rules apply to those services. Delni is not responsible for third-party sites or apps.
12. Suspension, deletion, and stopping use
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using Delni at any time and may delete your account in the App where that option is provided. Some records may be kept where required by law, to complete a payment dispute, or to prevent fraud.
13. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that every worker, business, or job is suitable, or that any negotiation between users will succeed. Content posted by users does not represent Delni’s opinion.
14. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by Israeli law, Delni is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or from offline arrangements between users. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Israeli law.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we publish a new version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Please re-read this page from time to time.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction over disputes relating to the App, without applying conflict-of-law rules that would point to another country.
17. Contact
For questions about these Terms, email support@delni.org. We will handle your request as soon as reasonably possible.
These Terms describe the Delni product as it works today. They are not a substitute for advice from an Israeli lawyer about your company registration.
